In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Adelmo Tolentino Menjivar was tragically cut short. On March 9, 2010, at approximately 2:36 am, Menjivar was fatally stabbed in the 3500 block of 14th Street, NW.
