On the evening of September 20, 2018, 31-year-old Latricia McDade, a devoted mother of four, was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. At approximately 8:21 p.m., police and medics responded to the 200 block of Alabama River Parkway, where they found McDade in her vehicle with a life-threatening gunshot wound. She was transported to Jackson Hospital for treatment but succumbed to her injuries later that night.
