In the fading light of a December evening in Montgomery, Alabama, the life of 20-year-old Jaylen Sanders was tragically cut short. On December 29, 2025, police responded to a call on Lake View Drive at approximately 8:15 p.m., where they discovered the young man suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received at the scene, Jaylen Sanders was pronounced dead, marking another homicide in the city.
