Murdered

On September 21, 2010, Franklin Charles Hill, an 18-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred at approximately 3:27 am in the 1400 block of First Street, SW. Responding officers found Hill suffering from gunshot wounds, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
