In the early morning hours of October 1, 2020, the life of 45-year-old Orlando Daniel Miller Sr. was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. Officers from the Fifth District responded to a report of a shooting in the 1700 block of Lang Place, Northeast, where they discovered Miller suffering from a gunshot wound. D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel arrived at the scene and, after examining him, pronounced him dead. His body was later transported to the Office of the Chief Medical ...
