In the early morning hours of October 1, 2020, the life of 45-year-old Orlando Daniel Miller Sr. was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. Officers from the Fifth District responded to a report of a shooting in the 1700 block of Lang Place, Northeast, where they discovered Miller suffering from a gunshot wound. D.C.
