On the evening of July 30, 2019, the life of 17-year-old TyDarius Jones, a Black male, was tragically cut short on Rickarby Street in Mobile, Alabama. At approximately 6:34 p.m., what might have been a typical evening for the teenager and his friends turned into a scene of violence when a man and a woman reportedly emerged from a vehicle and began shooting at the group.
