In the early morning hours of July 22, 2017, the life of 28-year-old David Kelly, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Mobile, Alabama. Responding to reports of a shooting, Mobile Police Department officers discovered Kelly unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical intervention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
