On April 29, 2023, 49-year-old Donnie Lamar Williams was fatally shot in the Alabama Village neighborhood of Prichard, Alabama. Police responded to a call shortly before 2:00 a.m. and found Williams on Barbour Drive, suffering from two gunshot wounds. Despite medical assistance, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
