On August 14, 2019, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Madison County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call reporting a male lying in the street near the intersection of Rustic Trail and Francis Amelia Drive in Huntsville, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 28-year-old Ralph Parham of Madison County deceased with gunshot wounds.
