David Seiler, a 46-year-old White male from Tennessee, was one of four men killed in a burst of violence at the Labor Ready temporary employment agency in Huntsville, Alabama, in the early morning of February 25, 2003. The office was crowded with men waiting for a chance at day work when a dispute reportedly flared over a CD player. In a matter of moments, witnesses said the tension turned into gunfire.
