Death by Force

In the spring of 2011, a burst of violence in the Washington Highlands neighborhood of Washington, D.C., claimed the life of 22-year-old Reginald L. Williams. A Black male, Williams was fatally shot on the evening of Wednesday, April 6, 2011, in what authorities identified as a double homicide. The incident also resulted in the death of 20-year-old Joshua Ruffin.
