On April 6, 2011, Reginald Williams Jr., aged 22, and Joshua Ruffin were shot and killed in the 700 block of Yuma Street SE, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 11:20 p.m., and both victims succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
