In the early hours of a Tuesday in August, a tragic event unfolded in the 400 block of 56th Street, NE in Washington, D.C. A 26-year-old Black male, Dwight Hilton Gaiter of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was discovered suffering from a stab wound at approximately 12:15 a.m. on August 9, 2011.
