In the early hours of September 26, 2020, a shooting occurred at Garden Oaks Apartments in Enterprise, Alabama. Responding to a call at approximately 1:30 a.m., police officers discovered four individuals suffering from gunshot wounds in the apartment complex's parking lot. Among the victims was 22-year-old Murray Horton from Andalusia, who was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries after being airlifted to a regional hospital.
