On November 27, 2020, in Selma, Alabama, 24-year-old Wendell DeAndre Pullom and 28-year-old Johnny Bonner III were fatally shot in the early morning hours. The incident occurred at a residence on the 1300 block of Ceola L. Miller Avenue, where both men were found unresponsive, each suffering from gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
