On a tragic day in Valley, Alabama, the life of 45-year-old Marcellous Antonio Floyd was cut short. On March 8, 2021, in what was later determined to be a homicide, Floyd was found with fatal gunshot wounds. The incident also resulted in the death of another man, 43-year-old Marcus Cortez Floyd.
