On June 23, 2021, at approximately 1:40 p.m., Montgomery police responded to reports of multiple individuals shot in the 100 block of Rotary Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 18-year-old Car’Terius Brown and 17-year-old Damana Perry Jr., both suffering from fatal gunshot wounds; they were pronounced dead at the scene.
