On March 11, 2025, Thomas Berg, a 38-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot in the 2800 block of Fieldcrest Drive. The incident occurred at approximately 2:27 PM, prompting a swift response from Montgomery police and emergency medical personnel.
