On July 15, 2021, in Dothan, Alabama, authorities conducted a welfare check at the residence of 29-year-old Allie Helms Lam and her husband, 34-year-old Tue Sehn Lam. Upon forced entry, deputies discovered both individuals deceased in the bathroom, each with gunshot wounds to the chest. Preliminary investigations indicated that Tue Sehn Lam fatally shot his wife before taking his own life.
