In the late autumn of 2021, a heartbreaking incident unfolded in Mobile, Alabama, forever altering the lives of a local family. Two-year-old Khylan Orland Clinton-Martin, a young African American boy, found a handgun at a residence on Alba Street on November 13th. In a moment of tragic innocence, the toddler accidentally shot himself.
