In the winter of 2022, the life of 32-year-old Joshua Paul Osmer was cut short in a burst of violence that shattered the typical evening atmosphere of a local sports grill in Scottsboro, Alabama. The incident occurred at Scooter's Sports Grill, where an altercation between two men escalated to a fatal conclusion. Following the dispute, one of the men reportedly left the establishment, retrieved a firearm from his vehicle, and returned to open fire inside the restaurant.
