Joshua Paul Osmer, a 32-year-old man from Scottsboro, Alabama, was tragically killed on February 9, 2022, in a shooting that authorities later confirmed to be a homicide. Osmer's body was found in a remote area near the city, and law enforcement quickly responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire.
