In the late hours of March 4, 2022, the life of Kevin Montrea Jones, a 36-year-old Black male from Albany, Georgia, was tragically cut short in Dothan, Alabama. What initially appeared to be a simple car accident would soon unravel into a complex homicide investigation. Dothan police were first called to a scene where a vehicle had struck a residence.
