In the summer of 2007, the life of Janet Devora Frame, a 37-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On July 15th of that year, Frame was killed in an act of gun violence. Her death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 42-year-old Eddie Lee Jackson.
