In the spring of 2018, a bright and promising life was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. Nyteria Spigner, a 17-year-old female, found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time on the evening of April 24th. A student at Huffman High School, she was described as smart, witty, and an accomplished student who served as an ambassador for education. That day, after school, she made a fateful decision to stop by the Inglenook Recreation Center with her family.
