On June 22, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m., officers from the Birmingham Police Department's West Precinct responded to a call regarding an unresponsive individual at 313 6th Street SW in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 48-year-old Christina Marie Torres inside the residence. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced her deceased at the scene.
