On June 14, 2022, in Dothan, Alabama, 31-year-old William Henry Roberson Jr. was fatally shot following a family dispute over property. The incident occurred in the 900 block of North Bell Street, where officers found Roberson lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to a local hospital, Roberson was pronounced dead.
