In the quiet Horn Hill Community of Covington County, Alabama, the morning of June 14, 2022, was shattered by violence that ended the life of 46-year-old Brandon Keith Foley. A white male from the nearby town of Opp, Foley was a dedicated family man, but on this day, he would be fatally shot. Deputies from the Covington County Sheriff's Office were called to a residence on Jackson Town Road around 10:45 a.m., where they made the grim discovery of Foley, deceased from a gunshot wound.
