In the early morning hours of August 3, 2023, the life of 40-year-old Tuskonee Carlvelous Kaboyse'a Woods, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Pell City, Alabama. At approximately 2:00 a.m., Pell City Police were dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of Miracle Street following reports of gunfire.
