On August 21, 2021, at approximately 3:15 p.m., the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a deceased individual in the 1000 block of Mountain Top Loop Road in Pell City, Alabama. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the body of 32-year-old Stanley Edward Gibson Jr., a resident of Center Point, Alabama, lying alongside the roadway.
