On August 28, 2023, 46-year-old Randy James Doss was fatally shot in Selma, Alabama. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 2800 block of Citizens Parkway. Upon arrival, Selma Police Department officers found Doss unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
