On December 24, 2023, 12-year-old Jamycah Ramone Frazier-Turner was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 4:50 p.m., West Precinct officers responded to a report of a juvenile shot in the 1300 block of Pike Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Jamycah in an alleyway, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel transported him to Children's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
