On November 11, 2024, 25-year-old Joseph Evans Jr. was fatally shot at the Dauphin Gate Apartments in Mobile, Alabama. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting at 3250 Dauphin Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Evans deceased between two buildings. A second victim, suffering from non-life-threatening injuries, had been transported to a local hospital by private vehicle.
