Murdered

On November 1, 2015, Van Joyner, aged 36, was fatally shot in Southeast Washington, D.C. The incident occurred during the early morning hours, around 2:48 AM, on Halloween night. Joyner was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene, initiating an investigation into the circumstances of the shooting.
