In the quiet neighborhood of Marrero, Louisiana, a tragic story unfolded on September 7, 2022, ending the life of 37-year-old Lawrence Francois Jr. On that day, Francois was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 1800 block of Westminister Boulevard.
