Christopher Redfear, a 23-year-old resident of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was shot and killed on the night of September 2, 2016, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 5100 block of H Street, SE. Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Redfear suffering from gunshot wounds.
