Death by Force

Lamar Purnell Parrish, age 28, was fatally shot on September 2, 2016, in the early morning hours. The incident took place in the 2500 block of 14th Street NE, Washington, D.C. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 12:39 a.m. Upon arriving at the scene, they found Parrish suffering from gunshot wounds.
