In the summer of 2019, a burst of gunfire outside a convenience store in Washington, D.C. tragically cut short the life of 20-year-old Timothy Richardson. The incident unfolded around midnight on July 8th in the Bellevue neighborhood, specifically in the 3900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SW.
