Krystal Elizabeth Hawk, a 23-year-old Black/African American woman from Anchorage, Alaska, died on January 27, 2015. Just before dawn, around 3:30 a.m., gunfire erupted inside an East Anchorage apartment on the 6000 block of East 41st Court.
