On October 10, 2021, in Anchorage, Alaska, 65-year-old Patrice "Patti" Layou was found deceased near her vehicle at the intersection of East 46th Avenue and Folker Street. Responding to reports of gunshots around 3 a.m., Anchorage Police discovered her body and initiated a homicide investigation.
