Black / African American, female, age 40, Li-Teh Kyzia Mary Elizabeth Fogg died on May 16, 2017, in Anchorage, Alaska. Obituary notices recorded that she was “brutally murdered,” shot point-blank in the chest, and funeral services were held in Anchorage in early June. Her death was one of a rapid succession of killings that spring, and memorial pages later marked the date she was lost to gun violence.
