Murdered

On November 30, 2019, in Anchorage, Alaska, 13-year-old Nevaeh "China" Tuuaga was tragically murdered alongside her mother, 30-year-old Cecilia Tuuaga. The perpetrator was Nevaeh's father, 39-year-old Tylan Lee-Kaulana Fely. Fely fatally shot Cecilia at their residence in front of Nevaeh.
