In the quiet community of Coosa County, Alabama, the life of David Tyrell Benson, a 27-year-old male, was cut tragically short in the spring of 2024. On the first of May, deputies responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots in the area of Coosa County Road 93 in Kellyton. Upon their arrival, they discovered Benson, a resident of Cottage Grove, lying on the road with gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene, and he was quickly transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingha ...
