On July 13, 2023, at approximately 10 a.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 500 block of Zinnia Lane in northeast Birmingham. Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle that had been shot into, with two unresponsive male occupants inside.
