On May 13, 2023, at approximately 6 a.m., first responders were dispatched to a residential fire along County Road 1635 in Cullman County, Alabama. After extinguishing the blaze, they discovered the body of 49-year-old Noah Waters inside the home. An autopsy later confirmed that Waters had been shot to death, and his death was ruled a homicide.
