On October 27, 2022, at approximately 4:30 PM, Birmingham Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 4100 block of 38th Avenue North. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Litfelton Alexander Frost suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
