In the early morning hours of August 30, 2022, 63-year-old Kenneth "Kenny" Spinato was found deceased in his Fayette County, Alabama, home. Investigators quickly determined that Spinato had been shot and killed with a .40 caliber handgun, leading them to classify his death as a homicide.
