On a Tuesday night in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 32-year-old Michael Martez Johnson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 23, 2021, Johnson was sitting in his vehicle in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Southwest when an unknown individual approached on foot.
