Cedric Wayne Spencer, a 61-year-old African American male from Birmingham, Alabama, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2021. The incident occurred late in the evening, around 10 p.m., when Spencer was involved in a dispute with a woman in a business area on Pawnee Village Road. The disagreement escalated, leading to a violent sequence of events that resulted in his death.
