Blake Trevor Berry Jr., a 32-year-old Caucasian male from Indian Springs, Alabama, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2021, in what authorities determined to be a fatal hit-and-run incident. His body was discovered on the southbound side of Interstate 459 near the Acton Road exit at approximately 8:45 a.m. A passing motorist spotted Berry unresponsive about ten yards off the roadway and immediately alerted emergency services. Upon arrival, responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
