On September 12, 2020, 22-year-old Reginald Horn was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident began when the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office issued a "be on the lookout" alert for a white sedan involved in a possible domestic-related kidnapping. Shortly thereafter, Fultondale police located the vehicle near the 2200 block of 30th Avenue North.
