Death by Force

On July 27, 2019, 41-year-old Marcus Terron Lowe was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred on the 100 block of 25th Avenue Northwest, an area where Lowe was known to reside. At the time of his death, Lowe was wanted by the Tarrant Police Department on multiple felony warrants, including charges of first-degree robbery, failure to appear for third-degree robbery, receiving stolen property, and two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
